• Living room- can comfortably sit five.
• Kitchen- spacious enough to fit an island and all kitchen appliances( Fridge, 4 burner Gas cooker, oven-microwave cabinet, sink, and cabinets.
• Dining- this space can comfortably sit four, but can also sit six in a tight setup.
• Pantry- Spacious and well lit.
• Bedrooms 1 and 2- Almost similar in size, a 6×6 bed and two side tables, plus a closet cabinet, will fit.
• Common bathroom- spacious to fit a shower head, vanity, and toilet.
•  Primary bedroom- the primary bedroom is also spacious to fit a 6×6 bed with side tables, a bed chest bench, and also has an open closet space
• The primary bedroom bathroom is similar to the common bathroom in size.

Land size and floor plan

This 3-bedroom house design goes for an open concept floor plan for the living spaces. The utility rooms and bedrooms are on both ends of the house, while the living spaces are at the center.  Each room in the house has access to at least one or more window providing natural light and fresh air circulation.
